Nov 14, 2014. We had a blessing of our New Elsipogtog School Memorial Playround. We want to thank all the students and teachers participation. Thank you to Josie Augustine for the wonderful blessing and smudging. Thank you to Gooo Francis for the wonderful singing and drumming. Thank you to family members who joined us as we honor and remember their loved ones (former Elsipogtog students) who are now like the Angels in Heaven. Let us all take care and keep our playground Beautified! Oelaalieg ag Eptjilitaag!

The community is invited to our great yard and bake sale this weekend. Teachers will have tables set up in the courtyard on Friday September 27th from 1:00 to 3:00 and again on Saturday from 9:00am to 11:00am. Money raised will be used for various school activities, end of year trips and special classroom supplies. Spread the word and come support your community school!

Grade 2! The top collector was also from
Mrs. Arsenault’s class with a total of $125.47, Brandon Paul! Students who raised over $5 were put into a
draw to win a $10 cash prize. The winner
from Nursery to Grade 2 was Maddox, Grade 3 to 5 Faith and from Grade 6 to 8

The Miramichi Kinsmen and Anglophone North School District are pleased to accept film entries for the Third Annual Kin Film Festival. All students in ASD-N are invited to participate. Students may submit films in one or both of the two categories.
The first category is the Kin Category. Films in this category will address the theme “Doing the Right Thing”.
The second category is the Open Category. Films of any genre or subject matter can be submitted to this category.
The top films selected in each category will be screened.
All week there will be a 2:00 pm bus run for all students.

Monday - Hat Day - 1:00 Opening Ceremonies with Mascot Parade and Tug of War
Tuesday - Day @ the Beach! - 1:00 Staff Pie in Face
Wednesday - Crazy Hair Day - 1:00 School Bingo
Thursday - Full Day activity day in St. Charles. Skating, Sliding, Snowshoeing. Students dress warm enough to be outside all day and bring a helmet for skating.
Friday - PJ Day - Big Screen, Big Sound Movie in the gym, Bus leaves at 11:30
Kevin Augustine and some students are selling tickets on this handmade sled. Profits will be used to purchase supplies for future wood making projects. You can buy your tickets at school or from Reece, Dana, Darrian, Sam, and Tate. Tichets are $2 each or 3 for $5.
